Sunny Leone reacted strongly to the contentious remarks of CPI leader Atul Kumar Anjan. In fact, the actress advised politicians to focus on lending hand to needy people, rather wasting time on retorting to unwanted issues. “Sad when people of power waste their time and energy on me, instead of focusing on helping those in need !!!!! #SHAME #EPICFAIL,” reads Sunny Leone’s Twitter post.
It may be recalled that, Barkha Singh, chairperson of the Delhi Commission of Women, insisted the government to stop airing extremely wicked commercials such as Sunny’s condom ad on televisions. Later, CPI leader Atul Kumar Anjan stirred up a controversy by saying that the condom advertisement will destroy people’s sensibility and lead to more rapes in India.
Although, Anjan issued an apology for his sensational remarks, he stated not to stand for such vulgar ads. “I am not anti-condoms but the language used in the ad is not right,” adds Anjan.This is not the first time. Earlier too several other politicians hit headlines by making such extreme remarks against Sunny Leone.
