Indian cricketer Suresh Raina name hits the headlines for match fixing. Raina one of the India’s most eligible Bachelor is going to start new innings in his life. As per reports Suresh Raina is going to enter wedlock with his childhood friend Priyanka Choudhary.Wedding ceremony has been fixed on 3rd April by the family members.
Banker by profession, Priyanka is currenlty working in The Netherlands. Her family originally hails from Barut (UP) but currently residing in Meerut.The wedding would take place on April 3 and the reception would be held on April 8. Immediately after marriage, Raina will play the IPL matches.
The marriage is scheduled to take place in a five-star hotel in New Delhi after swashbuckling Indian cricketer returns from Australia. It also learnt that the cricketer has already informed his teammates about the wedding. Already wedding related festivities have begun and Raina’s parents were busy with preparing list of guests.
Among the special guests, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav have also been invited. Earlier, Suresh Raina was linked to Tamil star Kamal Haasan’s elder daughter Shruti Haasan. But, both of them denied the speculations. Raina made his ODI debut in 2005 against Sri Lanka at the age of 18.
However, his Test debut came only five years later, in 2010, against the same opposition. He scored a hundred on his Test debut (120).He was a part of India’s World Cup winning team of 2011.He is also the highest run-getter and has taken the highest catches in Indian Premier League (IPL).
