Tamil Actor Suriya once used to command following on par with any Telugu Stars (like Raviteja). He almost became a household name in Telugu post the huge success of Ghajini. However his last few films totally changed his fate. Both 7th Sense, Singham-2 and Brothers have made whopping business here amid huge expectations.
7th Sense and Brothers bombed miserably at the box office while Singham-2 despite decent result was a commercial failure leaving the buyers in huge debts. His most recent film, Rakshasudu is like a final opportunity. However the movie is a even big flop. Despite making very low prerelease business, it resulted in heavy losses for the buyers in almost all the areas.
