His name would have gone for a toss, but Ram Gopal Varma would go about making small budget films. In fact, he is quite a pro in making money even out of small films. For example, many say that where he spends 25 paise, he has the capability of making Rs 10 on it. So, even if the audience has lost patience, Varma made such movies for many days.
He made Ice Cream with Rs 2.5 lakhs and creataed a sensation of sorts. He then completed Dongala Mutha in 5 days. But the fact remains while Varma remained in news, his image among audiences was at an all time low and now the audiences are no longer bothered about his so-called small films.
So, Varma has taken a new decision. Apparently, he will not make small budget films anymore. And yes, there is more to it, he will not touch horror genre in future. Varma’s new decision is to make films with stars and churning out minimum guarantee film.
However, it is not clear as to what made Varma take this decision. Right now, he is making Attack and it is said that it is a big budget film. It is being said that with the current budget he has, he can make at least 100 Ice Creams with it. Hmmmm….
