This is the reason why US President Barack Obama became the cynosure of eyes for all Indians. Now, a small action of Obama became a hot topic of discussion. Well, the US President was seen chewing gum while watching the might of Indian Army during the Republic Day Parade.
Apparently, he was taking the gum out and in with his mouth. All this was captured in many TV channels and this became big news. Now, discussions have begun trickling in. Some said Obama used a nicotine based gum since he has the habit of smoking while some said he has to be respectful how can he do that.
Another group countered it saying “What is the formality of respect? He is the chief guest, he likes to be informal and be himself. After the comfort and warmth he received here, he was being himself which must be appreciated.” Overall, Obama chewing a gum became a big headline and a topic of discussion.
