Glam diva Tamannaah Bhatia, who has firmly established herself as the go-to star for high-voltage special numbers, is reportedly in advanced talks with the makers of the much-anticipated The Raja Saab, featuring Prabhas.
A celebrity manager close to the project shared, “Tamannaah has become a lucky charm for big-budget films. Her special songs not only amplify the film’s commercial appeal but also create massive buzz before release.”
Her sizzling performances in chart-topping tracks like Kaavaalaa from Jailer, the electrifying Aaj Ki Raat from Stree 2, and her number in Raid 2 have cemented her position as one of the most sought-after dancers in the industry.
What sets Tamannaah apart is her ability to deliver complex choreography with grace and precision — often within tight shooting schedules. “Special songs usually require just 3–4 days of filming, so directors need actresses who are quick, professional, and camera-ready. Tamannaah fits that bill perfectly,” the source adds.
With The Raja Saab eyeing a grand worldwide release, Tamannaah’s addition could enhance the film’s pan-India appeal. If finalized, her presence could inject even more energy into this Prabhas-starrer.
Interestingly, Tamannaah joins a growing league of leading ladies turning heads with special songs. Recently, Sreeleela wowed audiences with her energetic number in Pushpa: The Rule, while stars like Nora Fatehi, Pooja Hegde, Kajal Aggarwal, and Shruti Haasan have all made their mark in similar performances.
“These are no longer just ‘item songs.’ With top heroines stepping in, they’ve evolved into glamorous highlights that elevate the film’s entertainment quotient,” the insider concludes.
