‘Baahubali-The Beginning’s runaway success has not just confined to Tollywood. The movie explored new places that a Telugu cinema could reach and showed its stamina. Avanthika role played by Tamannah in the movie fascinated the audience to the core. Especially, she was enchanting in the duet songs like ‘Pachabottesina’ and ‘Deevara’. Besides, her apt performance was appealing in her rebellious character in the film. Although Anushka was seen at glimpses, given her full length role, Tamannah can be treated as a solo heroine in the movie.
And then, Tamannah played one of the lead actresses roles in latest sensation ‘Bengal Tiger’ starred by Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja. Tamannah has, once again, got her glamour oozed out in songs thus mesmerized her fans. ‘Bengal Tiger’ also stood as one more blockbuster to her career. With the back to back successes of ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Bengal Tiger’, Tamannah has emerged as the ‘Heroine of the Year 2015’ undoubtedly.
