Telangana TDP called an emergency meeting to take disciplinary action against party Working President A Revanth Reddy who indulged in anti party activities.
Party Politburo members and state committee took serious note of Revanth allegations against Andhra Pradesh ministers. Ever since the TDP leader met AICC Vice President Rahul Gandhi, the former was taking a broadside at Telugu Desam leaders in public.
Leaders said the emergency meeting will take an action against Revanth. It is likely to suspend the TDP leader from the party permanently. On the instructions of TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu, who is on US visit, the party will hold the meeting at party head office NTR Trust Bhavan today afternoon.
