Its known that Talasani Srinivas Yadav resigned for his MLA post and joined TRS recently.He was awarded with commercial tx and cinematography minsitry in KCR cabinet. Now he received a jolt from his mother party TDP.Telugu Desam Party Telangana leaders Errabelli Dayakar Rao and L Ramana today met governor and urged him to sack Srinivas Yadav for defecting to the ruling party against norms. Both the leaders submitted a letter to the governor demanding Talasani’s ouster.
They said that Talasanis induction into cabinet was unethical. However Talasani Srinivas Yadav resigned from the MLA seat, which hewon on TDP ticket. But the resignation was pending with speaker Madhusudhana Chary.As the speaker not responding on the resignatuion now TDP leaders approached governor on this.
However, as usually Governor also may sit cool on the issue as any action taken by him against Talasani may rage the Telangana CM KCR and his government. Talasani’s resignation became necessary as his joining the cabinet would render him disqualified under the provisions of anti-defection law.Talasani was elected to the T assembly from Sanathnagar constituency on TDP ticket, but later resigned from both the party and the post to join the TRS.
