The TDP is still fuming over the Vizag episode and on Saturday the party accused YSRCP behind this whole scenario and showed some material as evidence. Former minister Bandaru Satyanarayana came before the media and said that YSRCP leaders directed the party cadre to attack Chandrababu and so they reached airport in large number.
To gather so many people, YSRCP allegedly took the help of DRAs, APMs and MPDOs while Self-help groups, village volunteers were moved to airport by local YSRCP leaders. The local leaders also took care of food and transport of people who came to airport. Sharing the screen-shot of the WhatsApp messages of APMs, the TDP leader said this is clear cut strategy of YSRCP to restrict Chandrababu and his tour.
This evidence is yet to be authenticated and we have to see how YSRCP counters TDP’s claim. Not deterred by this, the TDP is planning another Babu tour in Vizag and very soon they are likely to announce the date and details.
Meanwhile earlier in the day, the TDP complained against YSRCP, Vizag Police to AP Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan. They alleged that the police are acting at the best of ruling party and so did not allow Chandrababu to tour UttarAndhra.
