Politicians stepping into films is nothing new in Tollywood. The latest to join the long list of politicians who successfully entered Tollywood is the Vijayawada Central’s TDP MLA Bonda Uma is turning film producer with a low budget youthful message oriented film.
Yesterday, the film’s muhurtham ceremony took place in Hyderabad amidst the presence of a few political leaders and film personalities. Starring Genelia’s Katha fame Adith Arun and a new actress named Yamini, this film will be directed by senior director Kodi Ramakrishna’s assistant KT Kamalnath.
Interestingly, noted spiritual preacher Chaganti Koteswararao will be essaying an important role in this film. Chaganti’s disciple Padmanabharao has penned the story for this film. The regular shooting will begin soon in Kakinada.
