Teja Sajja is gearing up for his next big release, Mirai. Directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni, the film blends mythology with superhero-style action. Teja plays a hero on a quest to find Mirai, a divine staff linked to Lord Rama’s journey in Treta Yuga. The trailer teases breathtaking action sequences, magical visuals, and Teja’s adventurous journey, already generating excitement among audiences.
In a recent conversation with Karan Johar, Teja revealed the actors he admires most. He named Megastar Chiranjeevi as his top inspiration, followed by Shah Rukh Khan for Hindi cinema. When asked about his favorite female actor, Teja instantly mentioned Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Karan Johar added, “She is lovely. She is a fantastic actor.” Fans loved the interaction, sharing clips and praising both Samantha’s talent and Johar’s warm remarks.
The film also stars Manchu Manoj as the antagonist Black Sword, who is after nine sacred books that grant invincibility. Originally scheduled for September 5, 2025, Mirai has now been postponed to September 12, 2025, to avoid clashing with Anushka Shetty’s Ghaati. The movie will release in 2D and 3D across eight languages, making it a true pan-Indian project.
Teja started his career as a child actor and made a successful return at age 19. His 2024 film HanuMan showcased his action skills and screen presence. In Mirai, Teja takes on a larger, more thrilling role.
