Congress points man Digvijaya Singh has shocked the Seemandhra lobby including the chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy that the Telangana resolution will not come to AP assembly at all for ratification.
Clarifying that the Telagana bill will come to the state Assembly the Congress leader said that congress party was committed to bifurcation even though all other parties made a U turn and the Telangana bill will come to assembly by end of November.
The Diggy Raja had thus poured water on designs of Chief Minister Kiran led Seemandhra lobby in state to defeat the Telagnana resolution in the assembly .
