People from all over the world have been organizing candle march and protests for the martyred jawans during the deadly Pulwama attack. The upsetting incident has moved everyone and made them held the protest in the memory of dead.
Yesterday, a vast group of Telugus who reside in London took a part in the protest. The rally was made against Pakistan in Belgravia by the Indian community in front of Pakistan High Commission.
All the Telugus were seen holding placards that says ‘A march for Peace’, ‘A march against Terrorism’ and ‘Remembering our heroes’ while shouting ‘Pakistan down, down’. Those who were involved in the protest have earnestly asked the international community to support their cause and take a stand against terrorism.
Anil Kurmachalam, who hails from Telangana, works for a company in London. He was an active participant in the rally and said the whole protest was peaceful. “Our only motive is to cut the roots of terrorism in Pakistan,” Anil said.
The protest ended with Vandemataram song and waving Indian Nation flag. Being united in solidarity, people have walked with their lighted mobile phones.
