Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited film They Call Him OG, directed by Sujeeth, hit theatres on September 25 and is performing well at the box office. The movie showcases Pawan Kalyan in a stylish and powerful avatar, delivering exactly what fans were eager to see.
Earlier, Neha Shetty had shot a special song for the film in Bangkok in December 2024. However, the track was not included in the theatrical release. Following the release, both director Sujeeth and music director Thaman clarified that there was never a promise that the song would feature in the final cut.
Thaman later revealed to the media, “The special song was affecting the flow of the film earlier, so it was removed. Now we have reworked it, and it will be added back in theatres very soon.”
The song, titled Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, has been officially added to theatre screenings starting from Tuesday evening shows. Composed in Thaman’s signature style, it features Neha Shetty and is placed in the pre-climax segment of the film. While she does not share screen space with Pawan Kalyan, the track is already generating buzz among audiences.
After a successful opening weekend, the makers have also announced a success meet in Hyderabad on Wednesday. They Call Him OG stars Pawan Kalyan, Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Neha Shetty, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, and Prakash Raj. The film is produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under DVV Entertainments, with music composed by Thaman S.
