Loyal followers of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa never leave an opportunity to showcase their sycophancy towards the AIADMK Chief. After facing severe criticism for the self promotions by sticking Amma’s logos on the relief materials to the victims of Chennai floods, here’s yet another shocker from loyal Jayalalithaa admirers.
As per the reports, nine marriages which were scheduled to take place in Chennai on the 6th December were cancelled because the chief guest Jayalalithaa could not grace the event due to heavy floods. What’s even more shocking is that one of the cancelled marriages was of the Tamil Nadu state’s Minister for Tourism SP Shanmuganathan’s daughter Tamizharasi’s.
Apparently, Shanmuganathan planned to get his daughter married long back but was in a dilemma with Amma being jailed in the disproportionate assets case.
Now that Amma is back in power as the CM, Shanmuganathan finally fixed December 6 as the muhurtham for his daughter’s marriage. Apart from this high profile marriage, 8 other marriages which were supposed to take place with Amma’s blessings have also been postponed indefinitely.
