Controversial critic KRK has released a list of films which had released ‘inflated’ figures in 2019 so far. According to KRK, Saaho is one among them and the makers of Saaho had announced inflated figures by 13 percent.
KRK listed out both ‘Fake’ Collections against ‘Real’ Collections. As per his list, Saaho’s ‘Fake’ Collection is reported as 143 Crore whereas the ‘Real’ Collection is reported as 126 Crore. KRK noted that the makers of Saaho claimed Rs 13 Crore more than it originally collected.
As KRK is known for targeting and bashing films he don’t like and he is known for staying in headlines for his controversies, no one takes him seriously. But by openly releasing list of top 12 films that had ‘fake’ collections, KRK is back in news.
KRK’s list also featured Naveen Polishetty-starrer Chhichhore which claimed to had inflated figures by 22 percent. The list says the original collection of Chhichhore is Rs 125.50 Crore (slightly less than Saaho’s original collection as per his list) but he said the cliamed ‘fake’ collection of Chhichhore is Rs 152 Crore.
The list featured Krish and Kangana’s Manikarnika, Ranveer’s Gully Boy, Taapsee & Amitabh’s Badla, Akshay Kumar’s Kesari, Ajay Devgn’s De De Pyaar De, Salman Khan’s Bharat, Akshay’s Mission Mangal and Hrithik Roshan’s War.
