Megastar Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan remain two of the most followed stars in Telugu cinema, but uncertainty looms over their upcoming films, leaving fans eagerly awaiting clarity.
Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited film Hari Hara Veera Mallu was initially set for a March 2025 release but was later pushed to May 9 due to his unavailability for shooting. However, fresh reports indicate that Pawan still hasn’t allocated the required 12 days to complete the film. Given his busy political commitments, it remains unclear when he will be able to resume shooting. With this uncertainty, there is a high chance that the film might get postponed once again. Further fueling speculation, Nithiin’s Thammudu has now locked May 9 as its release date, hinting that Hari Hara Veera Mallu might not make it as scheduled.
Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi’s long-delayed film Vishwambhara is still in post-production, and its release remains uncertain. The biggest roadblock appears to be the film’s OTT deal, which hasn’t been finalized yet. This has reportedly created hurdles for its theatrical release as well. Despite beginning a new project with director Anil Ravipudi, Chiranjeevi is expected to refocus on Vishwambhara and ensure its completion soon.
With one film stalled due to political commitments and another facing distribution issues, there is no clear roadmap for the release of both Chiranjeevi’s and Pawan Kalyan’s films. Fans are eagerly waiting for an official update, hoping for some clarity on their favorite stars’ upcoming projects.
