
Shanghai, China – March 2025 – UNISOC has officially launched the T8300, a cutting-edge 5G chipset designed to enhance multimedia and gaming experiences for mainstream global users. The T8300 introduces advanced connectivity features, including dual SIM dual standby 5G, and marks a significant milestone as the first UNISOC chipset to integrate 5G NR NTN satellite communication and 5G MBS broadcasting.
Performance and Hardware
Built on an energy-efficient 6nm process, the UNISOC T8300 features an octa-core CPU configuration comprising two high-performance Arm Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six power-efficient Arm Cortex-A55 cores operating at 2.0GHz. This setup delivers a 28% improvement in power efficiency over its predecessor. The chipset is complemented by a Mali G57 dual-core GPU, UFS2.2 flash storage, and LPDDR4X memory, achieving an impressive AnTuTu score of over 510,000.
The T8300 also offers superior display performance, supporting Full HD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with HDR Vivid and HDR10+ technologies for an enhanced visual experience.
Imaging Capabilities
Equipped with UNISOC’s 7th generation Vivimagic imaging engine, the T8300 incorporates a quad-core ISP capable of processing 1.6 billion pixels per second. The chipset supports up to 108MP photo capture and dual 16MP cameras with zero shutter lag at 25fps. Advanced noise reduction technologies such as Multi-Frame Noise Reduction and Temporal Noise Reduction further enhance image quality in low-light conditions.
Optimized Gaming Performance
The T8300 is powered by the UNISOC Miracle Gaming Engine, which optimizes five key components—scheduling, networking, graphics, memory, and storage—to ensure high-performance gaming. The chipset supports high frame rates with enhanced stability and has been developed in collaboration with Tencent Game Voice for clear and stable in-game voice communication, even in weak network conditions.
Additional gaming enhancements include SDR2HDR technology to expand dynamic range and super-resolution technology to improve graphics quality without overloading the GPU.

Supporting the latest 3GPP R17 standard, the T8300 integrates 5G NR NTN satellite communication and 5G MBS broadcasting.
