Sarrainodu, which has taken a decent start at the ticket window, continued to have strong hold on the box office on its second day. Mass audiences are thronging to the theaters to see Allu Arjun in action mode. The film has collected over Rs. 10 crores share on its day 1 from the Telugu states alone.
The film had a bright start at the US box office too. It has collected $380K on its first day including Thursday premieres collection. This is a very good number considering the content and reviews that are largely against it. At this rate Sarrainodu is sure to collect over Rs. 25 crores in its first weekend itself.
Boyapati Srinu has stick to his strengths and made sure to have many hero elevation scenes and masala moments in Sarrainodu, which is striking a chord with the masala lovers. Despite opening to mixed talk, the film hasn’t seen any fall on its day 2 proving Allu Arjun’s crowd pulling capabilities yet again.
