Ajith Singh has declared that after the UPA coordination committee meeting the UPA government has unanimously decided to grant separate statehood to Telangana. So it is now official that the process for a separate Telangana state will be formed.
Now this issue has gone to CWC meet which is currently meeting at Sonia Gandhi’s residence, 10 Janpath and the exact solution which comes out with Telangana is expected to be announced after the CWC meeting. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has already arrived at the venue of the CWC meeting.
CM Kiran and PCC chief Botsa were given the status of special invitees at the UPA meeting which lasted for 50 minutes at PM Manmohan Singh’s residence in New Delhi. What remains to be seen is whether Telangana is comprising of Hyderabad state or with the two districts from Rayalaseema region.
