Megastar Chiranjeevi is all set for his next movie titled Sye raa Narasimha Reddy which left many in surprise. There have been several discussions across the Telugu speaking states after the motion poster has been revealed.
Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy has been considered initially when the movie has been planned to be made in Telugu. Now that the movie planned for a wide release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam languages, the makers wanted a title with universal appeal and this is how Sye Raa came into existence. But there are different talks about this title in different sections.
Mega fans- Mixed Reactions
Fans are quite disappointed as the title doesn’t feel like a Telugu word. Some of them even felt that Megastar’s next will have a power packed title like Baahubali or Gautamiputra Satakarni which did not happen. They are however delighted after they came through the cast, crew of Sye Raa. The country’s top technicians and actors have been locked for this periodic epic.
General audience- good
There are talks that Sye Raa has been locked as it has an energy equal to fire. General audiences feel that when the film has Megastar Chiranjeevi in it, there is nothing to worry about the title. If the film could rake up hype like Baahubali and Baahubali 2, then surely everyone would like it. For now, the motion poster of the title looks pretty interesting.
Critics- too early
When Rajamouli first revealed about his upcoming magnum opus with Prabhas, he stated that they have kept Baahubali as a working title. Critics feel that later on with the film progressing, the title Baahubali which sounded something unusual started appealing to all. In similar fashion may be Sye Raa will also create an appeal, and it’s too early to talk about the title’s flare and flavor now.
