At a time when Coronavirus has turned a pandemic and the number of affected persons (positive cases) in India are on a rise daily basis, surely everyone needs to stay at home. With shootings cancelled and theatres shut down, surely film celebs should also stay home in quarantine. So with gyms closed, our celebs are saying that everyone should work out at home.

The likes of Rakul Preet Singh have shared that they are practising yoga at home in quarantine. She took to her living room where she is making use of her sofas and other furniture to practice the same. And then we have Varun Tej practising boxing and other stunts on the terrace of his house in Manikonda. Kareena Kapoor is also hitting the treadmill and mini gym in her house as she flaunted her abs in a mirror selfie other day.

And the most helpful video of the day comes from hero Sudheer Babu who has shared on his social media, how one could make use of furniture in the house to do various types of workouts. He is going to release a five-day workout plan, as he has released Day 1 and Day 2 videos already where he explains how to do Chest workouts and then back workouts in other day. The high point is that, Sudheer does all the workouts without any machinery, freehand and that is awesome we must say.
