Vijay Deverakonda was all set for the release of his much-awaited film Kingdom on July 31, 2025, but has unfortunately been diagnosed with dengue fever. The actor is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital but is expected to recover soon and get discharged.
His family is by his side, ensuring he receives the best care, and sources close to him suggest that Vijay is likely to bounce back quickly. Despite his health setback, the Kingdom team continues with the promotional activities, gearing up for the grand release which is just a couple of weeks away.
Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, Kingdom is produced by Sai Soujanya and Naga Vamsi S under the banners of Fortune 4 Cinemas and Sithara Entertainments. The film’s music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, while cinematography is handled by Girish Gangadharan and Jomon T John.
The film’s release has already faced multiple postponements — initially slated for May 30, then moved to July 4, and finally locked for July 31. Fans are hoping that the film arrives without any further delays, and that Vijay makes a swift recovery to join the promotions soon.
