Vijaya Dairy Denies Viral ‘Veeramallu’ Milk Packet Poster

In an unexpected twist to film promotions, a purported poster of the upcoming Pawan Kalyan-starrer Hari Hara Veeramallu went viral online after appearing on what seemed to be a Vijaya Milk packet. The film, slated for release on July 24, has yet to gain significant mainstream traction, but fans appear to be ramping up grassroots-level marketing efforts—though not always with official sanction.

Over the past few days, social media platforms have been flooded with images showing Hari Hara Veeramallu posters on buses, chips packets, water bottles, and most notably, milk packets. The image showing the film’s poster printed on a Vijaya Milk packet quickly became the most talked-about, sparking a flurry of reactions—ranging from amused admiration to outright bewilderment.

However, the viral campaign has prompted a formal response from Krishna Milk Union’s Vijaya brand, a well-known dairy company with a legacy spanning over six decades in South India. Vijaya Dairy Managing Director Eshwar Babu issued a statement dismissing the milk packet posters as fabricated and unauthorized.

“This is false propaganda. The image circulating on social media is not an officially approved branding by Vijaya Dairy,” Babu clarified. “Some fans might have used our label without permission to create these materials. We do not endorse or promote any film or external brand.”

He further emphasized that the company maintains a strict policy against third-party branding and warned of potential legal action should such incidents recur.

The episode reflects the increasingly unconventional methods fans are deploying to generate attention for major releases—but also underscores the fine line between creative marketing and brand misuse.
