If you are from Hyderabad you would be fully familiar with the many traditional and cultural specialties of this city. One among them is ‘Numaish’ ie the All India Industrial Exhibition which is held at Nampally every year from January 1st to February 15th.
People from all over the city flock to this venue and have a good time. But this year, the situation is not that rosy and the reason for that is the ongoing Swine Flu scare.
This virus has already claimed more than 31 lives in the city and as a result, the count to the exhibition has fallen considerably compared to the last few years. Many parents fear the swine flu will affect their kids.
As it is, roaming in public places has become a thing of concern and many are being spotted with face masks. The organizers of Numaish reveal that there are still those typical Hyderabadis who are not minding of the Swine Flu fear due to their love for this huge historical gathering. Here’s wishing them all safe health.
