Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen has issued a clarification regarding the political remarks made by actor Prithviraj at the Mega Mass Pre-Release event of Laila. Vishwak Sen stated that if he and the team had been on stage at that moment, they would have immediately stopped Prithviraj from making such comments.
Expressing his disappointment over the trending hashtag #BoycottLaila, Vishwak Sen mentioned that he is not actively involved in politics and finds the backlash unfair. He explained that during the speech, he was escorting Megastar Chiranjeevi onto the stage along with producer Sahu Garapati and was unaware of what was being said.

Dismissing claims of seeking publicity through controversy, Vishwak Sen expressed genuine distress over the situation. He revealed that he only became aware of the controversy after the event while having dinner. Saddened by the negative campaign against Laila before its release, he urged people to understand that the team cannot be held accountable for someone else’s words.
He further apologized for the incident occurring at their event and reassured fans that Laila has no political references. He requested everyone to support the film, which is set for release on February 14th.
