Sometime back heroine Samantha has funnily pointed out that Superstar Mahesh is not only signing a horde of brands, but also grabbing those brands that feature heroines in their ads. Indirectly she hinted about South India Shopping Mall and couple of other ads that are given to Mahesh post working with this Chennai hottie. Here is another competitor for her.
For many brands that find little difficult to accommodate Mahesh as their Brand Ambassador, no doubt this youngster has become the best alternative. He’s none other than youngster Akkineni Akhil. Despite the fact that his debut film didn’t do well at box office, his image hasn’t taken any dent. Brands like Bambino, Mountain Dew and social activists like Peta are still after him. Today he is officially signed as brand ambassador of South India Shopping Mall too.
Earlier this shopping mall ads used to feature Samantha and then Mahesh Babu took over from her. Now Akhil emerged as their competitor. What say Samantha now? This is on a lighter vein, while reality remains that many brands need a new face every year.
