Actresses like Vijaya Nirmala, Sri Priya has ventured into directing films after proving themselves as good performers trying to bridge the gap regarding scarcity of female film makers in the industry.
The latest, senior heroine Simran is also going to make her debut as a film maker. She is going to produce and direct films under her own banner ‘Simran & Sons’ and make two films a year. Simran had once been one of the top actress in Telugu and Tamil film industries and worked with big heroes of her time.
