With hardly four days left for the theatrical release of Pawan Kalyan’s highly anticipated film, “Agnyaathavaasi”, fans, media and buyers are anxiously and angrily waiting for the release of trailer. Everyone is clueless and shocked as never in the modern history of Telugu cinema that the trailer of a biggie hasn’t been released even four days before theatrical release.
The buzz in inner circles is that the copyright notice sent by T Series has totally disrupted the plans of makers. Reportedly, T Series, which claims to have owned the Remake rights of French film, “Largo Winch”, accused the Agnyaathavaasi makers of unauthorized copying of the film’s story. Surprisingly, the makers of Agnyaathavaasi haven’t yet responded to the plagiarism issue even though the speculations are doing rounds at large.
It is heard that the copyright issue has forced them to delay the release of trailer and promotional activities, allegedly in order not to invite more trouble. Reports suggest that makers are optimistic of putting an end to the controversy today and release the trailer thereafter, at 6.30 this evening, most likely. The 10-second TV promos may also be aired from this evening.
Meanwhile, the film is set to have a massive worldwide release on January 10.
