Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ was earlier planned to get released on 30th July 2020. But the film got postponed to 8th January next year. Grabbing this opportunity, the makers of the much-hyped ‘KGF-2’ decided to release their film on July 30th as the date is perfectly suitable for them.
The first installment of ‘KGF’ was well received in Telugu and people are eagerly waiting for the second part. Yash’s acting and the unlimited elevation scenes in the first part impressed our audience and trade pundits are expecting the film to score big in Telugu states.
From what we hear, Nithiin’s ‘Rang De’ directed by ‘Tholi Prema’ fame Venky Atluri is trying to lock the same release date. Nithiin got back to form recently with ‘Bheeshma’. He is pumped up with its success and is looking to carry it forward with ‘Rang De’. Keerthy Suresh is the female lead in this flick and Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer for this flick. Much like Venky’s previous two outings, this is also expected to be a light-hearted romantic entertainer.
But a clash with ‘KGF-2’ will be a huge risk. Let us wait and see whether they change the release date or not.
