YSRCP MLA Roja who was suspended for one year from Andhra Pradesh assembly for using abusive language is fighting legal battle for justice. Roja who is not keen to tender apology even though AP government counsel in the High Court made clear that if Roja apologises to the privilige committee, then the problem willbe solved,now approached Supreme Court once again.
It is known that when Roja approached Supreme Court earlier it transferred the case to High Court. when High Court passed interim order in favour of Roja, entire YSRCP celebrated with YS.Jagan and Roja trying to enter the assembly.
But their joy was shortlived as AP government prevented Roja from entering the assembly and High Court asked Roja to solve the matter with the speaker as it cannot interfere in the assembly proceedings. Now Roja’s case will comeup for hearing on Friday.
Roja after consulting her lawyers approached Supreme Court. Now the question is will Roja hear sweet news from Supreme Court. If not then her future will be in question and she should stay away from the assemly for one year or set aside her ego and tender apology.
