Will TDP Swallow Jana Sena ?

janasena
Mahanadu is one annual festival held by TDP every year right from its inception three decades ago and it is also considered as the moment when the party’s vision and its stand is spelt out with much vigour. It is an annual must see affair for political analysts and common man.

This time there has been an unusual invite extended to power star Pawan Kalyan, who is also the chief of Jana Sena party, for all three days of the festival or atleast on the last day of festival, in case he is unable to take some time off from his schedule. This is the high light of Mahanadu this year.

Usually, there has never been any tradition of inviting anyone who is not from the party for this annual event but a special invite by Naidu is passing a lot of signals. Sources say that Chandrababu wants to signal that Pawan is now like family and indirectly an inseparable part of TDP, which would strengthen TDP’s chances in future too!

Hence, in a way the grapevine is that whether TDP wants to take up Jana Sena in the manner in which PRP was merged with Congress. While many dismiss this as mere speculations, there are others who say that while PRP with leaders and MLA’s could be taken, why not Jana Sena without any cadre, leaders or MLAs.

Rahman’s Friendly Advice to Anirudh: Embrace Classical and Raga Music

January 8, 2025

Anirudh Ravichander, the music sensation of today, is steadily building a fanbase that rivals that of A.R. Rahman. Just as Rahman captured the hearts of fans with his collaborations with stars of previous generations, Anirudh is doing the same with contemporary icons. At a recent event, Rahman, who is known for his reserved nature, surprised everyone with his thoughtful advice to Anirudh.

The occasion was the audio launch of Rahman’s upcoming film Kadhalikka Neramillai, starring Jayam Ravi and Nithya Menen. Alongside Rahman, the event featured prominent figures such as Anirudh, director Myskin, and filmmaker Mari Selvaraj.

During his speech, Rahman praised Anirudh for his remarkable ability to deliver exceptional music in films led by big stars, highlighting the energy and creativity he brings to each composition. However, Rahman also offered a piece of friendly advice: “Your music is phenomenal and connects deeply with the masses, but I encourage you to explore more classical and raga-based compositions. These musical forms have timeless value and cultural depth. By embracing them, you will not only elevate your own work but also inspire and educate future generations of musicians.”

Anirudh, who is currently working on a slate of high-profile projects such as Vidaamuyarchi, Magic, Coolie, VD12, and others, now has additional wisdom to enrich his already stellar career.
