In the past, they were seen in Lakshmi. The film proved that their combination was good and later they went on to act in Thulasi. The film was an average hit, but the chemistry between the lead pair Venkatesh and Nayanatara worked out rather well.
In fact, though Nayanatara was known to Telugu audiences after Chandramukhi, her career did not take off till Lakshmi happened. After that she went on to do some big films in Telugu before there was a lull in her career.
Some time back, it was said that Nayanatara would be cast opposite Venkatesh in Maruthi’s Radha, but the film did not happen.
Now, the talk is that Venkatesh and Nayanatara will be seen once again in a film that will soon start shooting.
Talk in industry is that Venkatesh had proposed the name of Nayantara for the film. So, let’s hope their third film together will work in their favour.
