“Director Teja is like a python. He wants me to stay with him for 24 hours. I can’t do that. That’s where we fought, slipped words, exchanged abuses and decided to part ways“, said music director Kalyani Koduri. Currently he’s waiting for Teja’s “Hora Hori” to hit screens, for which he has composed music. As the songs are doing the much talking than anything, Kalyani reveals some interesting stuff.
“Teja’s systems are little torturous. But the way he gives concepts to music directors is inspiring. He won’t follow those ‘cut-to-song’ kind of systems. Specific concepts are always there on his mind“, adds Kalyani, saying “Teja respects my thoughts and then gives complete liberty to come up with tunes. One time he okayed the tune in just 5 minutes and said, there is no need to make him listen that once again”.
Kalyani avers that he has decided to not work with Teja couple of times but somehow stars worked again to unite them. Though he is not sure if he works with him in the near future or not, at present he can’t say how his future will be like.
Kalyani Koduri claimed that he’s getting hits, but hit films are not bringing him other offers. “I’m sitting idle from almost a year after getting a hit. That’s the case even after I scored for Ala Modalaindi. I don’t know what to say about this. But I’ve to earn more money“, he concludes. Wish Hora Hori will bring him the desired luck and money.
