Movie production giant Yashraj films had began legal action on the makers of Jabardasth for violating copyright law and free-making their production venture, Band Baaja Baarat. They have issued a paper ad regarding the same which also included Linguswamy, the buyer of Tamil dubbing rights. The hearing of the case will take place in DelhiThey also managed to get a stay on selling of the satellite and DVD rights of the movie.
The director of Jabardasth, Nandini Reddy had lifted the subject of Band Baaja Baarat and used it for Jabardasth. Yashraj films are actually planning to remake the movie with Nani in the lead role which can not be done now. It is told that Bellamkonda is in serious trouble following this issue.
