Yet again, Jagan prefers to test his luck in Supreme Court..!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy once again decided to approach the supreme court against the High Court’s order to impose a stay on the ACB probe against former advocate general Dammalapati Srinivas and 12 others and its gag order on media.

It is known that the AP High Court has directed that the probe into the case registered by the ACB against former Advocate General Dammalapati Srinivas be stayed. The state government approached the Supreme Court challenging the High Court orders.

The petition is expected to come up for hearing in a day or two. The YCP government has set up an SIT to probe allegations of insider trading on capital land purchases and sales. However, the High Court stayed the ACB inquiry after a house motion petition was filed by Dammalapati in the High Court alleging that a case had been registered against him illegally for orthodoxy.

Then the High Court Issued orders suspending further action. The High Court also directed that the contents of the FIR should not be aired in the media. Now, as Jagan approached the SC, it is definitely game on. High Court was taken aback recently in the Ramesh Hospitals case and the Supreme Court stood with Jagan for the first time in the past few months and after a number of counter petitions filed by Jagan, he was succeeded in one.

Now, Jagan wants to maintain the momentum in the Supreme Court as this case is similar to that of Ramesh Hospitals. Now, everyone rested their eyes on the highest judicial bench on the country and their take on Jagan’s petition.
