The reason for spreading fake news on him is because Farhan is the guy who immediately called the ambulance when hero Sai Dharam Tej had an accident. Farhan did not know who Sai Dharam was at that time but decided to help him as he wanted to save a guy who was fighting for his life. It is due to Farhan that Sai Dharam is alive today and Farhan became instantly famous. But the negative news started to spread across social media about the young man. Farhan never met Sai Dharam again after he joined him in the hospital.
The news started to go around claiming that Mega’s family felicitated him and gave him money as well. On top of that, there was news that the star hero’s family gave him a big house as well. Rumours went around that even Tej gave him a lot of money and asked him to get back to him if there is any help that Farhan wants. Recently, Farhan reacted to all these rumours. Talking to a YouTube channel, he said that he never received any kind of help from the Mega family till date.
With the fake news spreading all over, he said that a lot of people called and troubled him. Farhan added that he even left his job and stayed idle for four months before buying a taxi now. In the end, he concluded by saying that he wants to meet Sai Dharam Tej personally and wish him. This video is currently going viral on social media.
