After an underwhelming theatrical run, Ustaad Bhagat Singh is now gearing up for its digital premiere, hoping to connect with a wider audience on OTT.

Pawan Kalyan’s film has been officially scheduled to stream on Netflix from April 16, with availability in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

Released during the Ugadi festive season, the film generated decent pre-release buzz but failed to perform at the box office. Despite high expectations, it could not make a strong impact commercially and ended its theatrical run on a disappointing note.

Directed by Harish Shankar, the film features Pawan Kalyan in a powerful cop role. Sreeleela and Raashi Khanna play the female leads, while R. Parthiban appears as the main antagonist.

The film is now expected to find a second life on OTT, with makers hoping that digital audiences may respond more positively than theatrical viewers. Whether it can redeem its performance online remains to be seen.
