Ess Kay Gee Entertainment and Benchmark Storytellers have announced a new feature film starring Pan-South actress Anupama Parameswaran in the lead. The project will be directed by Shaan and produced by Shivin Narang, Prerna Arora, and Kiran Ballapalli, in association with a leading studio.

Touted as an intense psychological thriller, the film marks the big-screen reunion of Anupama Parameswaran and Shaan after the phenomenal response to their superhit short film. The collaboration, which previously earned strong digital acclaim, is now set to scale up for a theatrical experience. Shooting is scheduled to commence in May 2026, while the title will be announced soon.

The announcement has been timed to coincide with Anupama’s birthday, with the makers extending their wishes and unveiling what they describe as the beginning of a powerful cinematic journey. Ess Kay Gee Entertainment recently released Jatadhara, further strengthening its growing production slate.

Prerna Arora, a National Award–winning producer, is known for backing acclaimed films such as Rustom, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Pad Man, and Pari.

Meanwhile, Anupama Parameswaran continues to enjoy strong pan-Indian recognition with successful films like Premam, Karthikeya 2, and Rakshasudu, further cementing her position as one of the most sought-after leading actresses across Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam cinema.
