Malayalam star Tovino Thomas is gearing up for his next film Pallichattambi, which is set to release in both Malayalam and Telugu. As part of the promotions, the makers unveiled the trailer, hinting at a high-energy action thriller with strong commercial appeal.

Set in the 1950s, the film presents Tovino Thomas in a powerful role as a saviour who leads a rebellion against an oppressive law enforcement system in a village. The trailer promises intense action sequences and an engaging narrative, raising expectations among audiences.

Directed by Dijo Jose Antony with a screenplay by S. Suresh Babu, the film features Kayadu Lohar as the female lead. The cast also includes noted actors like Vijayaraghavan, Baburaj, Siddique, and others. Music is composed by Jakes Bejoy.

Interestingly, the trailer arrives amid buzz around Tovino Thomas stepping away from a project with N. T. Rama Rao Jr. and Prashanth Neel due to date constraints. The mixed reactions to this decision have added extra attention to the film.

Pallichattambi is slated for a grand theatrical release on April 10.
