Her response—”Ghar ki demand is a doctor” (Our family wants a doctor)—caught immediate attention. Karan, known for his cheeky remarks, quickly pointed out, “You’re already working with a doctor,” indirectly hinting at Sreeleela, who pursued MBBS before making her mark in the film industry. Kartik, however, was quick to clarify, “No, no, she genuinely meant a doctor.”

Despite Kartik’s attempt to brush off the speculation, his mother’s comment has only added credibility to the Kartik-Sreeleela dating rumors. The Bollywood heartthrob has previously been linked with Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, and Kriti Sanon, but this is the first time Sreeleela’s name has been associated with a co-star. Known to be a momma’s girl, Sreeleela has so far remained free of relationship gossip—until now.
