Ace Tollywood producer Naga Vamsi recently spoke to manatelugu , sharing candid insights drawn from his journey in film production and the lessons he has learned along the way.

During the interaction, he admitted that 2025 has not gone in his favour so far, making him look forward to the new year more eagerly than ever. He revealed that the second half of 2025 proved especially challenging, and also explained the factors that contributed to this difficult phase.

Speaking about Naveen Polishetty’s upcoming film Anaganaga Oka Raju, which he is producing, Naga Vamsi expressed strong confidence in the project. He stated that the film has the potential to emerge as a cult classic, comparing it to evergreen entertainers like Ladies Tailor and Kanakamahalakshmi Recording Dance Troupe. Describing it as a rural comedy presented in Naveen’s trademark style, he added that the film is unlikely to misfire easily and is currently in a very favourable position.

Naga Vamsi also opened up about his personal likes, revealing that he admires Rashmika Mandanna, even as she gears up for marriage. He mentioned that he likes Pooja Hegde as well, while candidly admitting that his most recent real crush is Mrunal Thakur.

Addressing his noticeable weight loss, he said that playing pickleball with people in their twenties has helped him stay fit and shed extra kilos. He humorously added that slimming down was important for him to stay presentable.

The producer further spoke about one of his stress-busting addictions, revealing that he owns hundreds of outfits, and also explained the reason behind his frequent trips to Dubai.
