Allu Arjun Not Moving to Mumbai: Allu Arvind
A story doing the rounds on Sunday suggested that Allu Arjun is planning to move to Mumbai and set up residence there, at least temporarily, as work commitments take him to the city. This, however, is not true.
His producer-father, Allu Aravind, has clarified that there are no such plans. “No. Since his current film is being shot in Mumbai, it may appear that way. But Hyderabad is where Allu’s heart and home are. His children study there, and all his loved ones are based in Hyderabad. Why would he move to Mumbai?”
In the coming months, Allu Arjun is expected to shuttle between Hyderabad and Mumbai for the shoot of director Atlee’s Raaka. However, the actor has no plans to shift base or expand his superstardom beyond Telugu cinema—unless it involves a Hindi-Telugu bilingual project like Pushpa or Raaka.
