Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka recently unveiled the title and first-look poster of the much-anticipated film 23. Directed by Raj R, known for Mallesham and 8 A.M. Metro, this gripping film is inspired by true events and delves into the complexities of justice, questioning whether laws are truly applied equally to all.

The first-look poster is intense and thought-provoking, featuring a burning bus with people desperately fleeing for their lives, while some are caught in the flames. Another striking visual shows individuals tied up in gunny bags, symbolizing the harsh realities of injustice. The poster also features George Orwell’s iconic quote, “All are equal, but some are more equal than others,” alongside the film’s powerful Telugu tagline: Mana Samajamlo Chattam Andarikee Samanamgaa Varthisthundaa..? (Does the law truly apply equally to everyone in our society?).

Starring Teja and Tanmayee in lead roles, 23 is produced by Studio 99, with Venkat Siddareddy serving as the executive producer. The film’s distribution is being handled by Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media, further elevating its visibility. The technical crew includes cinematographer Sunny Kurapati and music composer Mark K Robin, both of whom bring a strong artistic vision to the project.

During a special preview, Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka praised 23 for its thought-provoking narrative and emotional depth. He acknowledged the film’s artistic brilliance and its potential to spark meaningful discussions about justice and societal inequalities. While 23 serves as a compelling social commentary, it also explores deep themes of love, repentance, and redemption.
