Krithi Shetty Shifts Back to Telugu Cinema After Tamil Setbacks
Actress Krithi Shetty has been going through a challenging phase in her career, facing a series of setbacks at the box office.
After a run of unsuccessful films in Telugu cinema, she shifted her focus to Kollywood in hopes of better opportunities. However, success has continued to elude her there as well.
In December, she had a major Tamil release, Vaa Vaathiyar, starring Karthi, but the film failed to perform well commercially. More recently, she appeared in Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) alongside Pradeep Ranganathan. Directed by Vignesh Shivan, this project too did not provide the expected breakthrough.
With back-to-back disappointments in Tamil and her upcoming project Genie facing delays, Krithi Shetty is now shifting her focus back to Telugu cinema.
She has recently signed a new film directed by Anil Ravipudi, where she will be seen opposite Nandamuri Kalyan Ram in a multi-starrer. Known for his strong box office track record, Anil Ravipudi’s project is being seen as a crucial opportunity for Krithi Shetty to bounce back and revive her career.
