Matinee idol and TDP founder President NT Rama Rao’s son N Jayakrishna was found guilty in a check bounce case pending for years before a city civil court in Hyderabad. The court pronounced six months jail term and imposed Rs 25 lakh fine on Jayakrishna for cheating a businessman.
The trader Narsinga Rao lodged a complaint with a city civil court over a dispute on check bounce. Rao has entered parking and canteen lease agreement with Jayakrishna at the famous Ramakrishna theater complex near Abids in Hyderabad.
After series of hearings , court declared Jayakrishna guilty and accorded permission to him to approach high court and challenge the verdict.
