Akkineni Family Honors ANR’s Legacy with Book Launch in Delhi
The Akkineni family recently visited Delhi for a special occasion—the launch of a book celebrating the life and legacy of legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR). The event was a heartfelt tribute to one of Telugu cinema’s most iconic figures, whose contributions continue to inspire generations of actors and filmmakers. A social media post confirming their presence read, “The Akkineni family is in Delhi for the launch of a book on Akkineni Nageswara Rao today,” accompanied by the hashtag #ANRLivesOn.
Alongside the book launch, the Akkineni family also met with political leaders. Dr. Byreddy Shabari shared a post highlighting her meeting with Nagarjuna and his family at the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) office in Delhi Parliament, tagging Nagarjuna, Amala Akkineni, and Naga Chaitanya.
A widely shared photograph from the event features Naga Chaitanya, Amala Akkineni, Nagarjuna, and other family members together. Amala looked graceful in a white traditional outfit, while Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya exuded elegance in black ensembles.
ANR, a stalwart of Indian cinema, acted in over 250 films and was celebrated for his versatility and impactful performances. The book launch served as a fitting tribute to his remarkable journey and enduring influence on Telugu cinema.
