YSR Congress party has reportedly taken a decision for not attending the Assembly during the ongoing debate on budget this session. The party alleges that the partiality shown by Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao has forced them to take such a decision.
The YSR Congress party has reportedly given a notice of no-confidence motion against Kodela saying it will be attending the session only when the notice is accepted and they would be coming for voting.
The YSRCP team also called on Governor earlier in the day where they complained against the alleged hostile attitude of the TDP government and expressed their displeasure over the so called partisan functioning of the AP Speaker.
This is for the first time wherein the Opposition in any State decides to boycott the Assembly over the alleged partisan attitude shown by the presiding officer.
