Are you shocked? When the two states after bifurcation formed their own governments why there is a need of President rule in this two states? It is true that the two states are facing many problems and crisis but is President rule the final solution for it?
Well, the Ex-PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana claimed that President rule is must to overcome all the difficulties the both states are facing after the bifurcation that has been without proper clarity. Botsa said “Although our UPA government gave clarity on how to share water, power and organizations in the AP Reorganization Bill, AP and Telangana governments are crossing swords ignoring the provisions made in the bill.
All the issues can be amicably resolved through a dialogue in the presence of Governor, but the Chief Ministers of both states are quarreling like enemies.” Botsa went on saying “They woke up only after police of both states have clashed at Nagarjuna Sagar dam site. However, they were able to resolve this issue peacefully after discussing it in the presence of Governor.
It proves that all other issues also can be resolved through negotiations if both Chief Ministers are really honest. But, I think they will not put efforts for it. So, I suggest President Rule should be imposed on both states until all the issues are resolved.”
